Prior to joining Arable, Jim spent 10 years at The Climate Corporation where he was VP of Product and grew the company to 50 million paid acres and built a team from 10 to over 600 individuals. Previous to The Climate Corporation, Jim worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he led several high-profile engagements, including developing innovative financial analysis and fraud detection software products that became core drivers of revenue across PwC's lines of business. Jim has an A.B. in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University.

Quentin Caudron

Quentin has a PhD in Computer Science and a background in applied mathematics, with over 15 years of experience using modeling and machine learning to understand complex biological systems. Before joining Arable, he led the Data Science team at Sound Agriculture, building tools for agronomic R&D and modeling. Prior to that, he was the technical lead on yield prediction models at Corteva Agriscience, working with satellite imagery and field data at scale. He’s passionate about food (growing, cooking, and eating it) and brings a deep commitment to sustainability and ecological thinking to his work.

Mika Farber has over a decade of agriculture research and agtech experience. Before joining Arable, she was Head of Agronomy at Prospera Technologies Ltd., where she was a member of R&D site management and led a team of over 30 agronomists. She was key in building complex business and work plans as well as developing and cultivating new partnerships and sales channels. She has also been a researcher at the Hebrew University, in the field of Plant’s Signal Transduction and Abiotic stress. She holds an MSc in Genetics & Breeding as well as a BSc in Plant Science from the Hebrew University.

Jake has 20 years of experience developing intelligent sensing systems across a range of commercial and industrial markets. He currently serves as Sensor Systems Architect at Arable, developing novel in-field measurement systems for data-driven decisions in agriculture and natural resource management. Prior to Arable, Jake founded SensorNova, started SensorCloud.com, and served as VP Wireless Systems at MicroStrain.

Chris brings more than 20 years of finance leadership to his CFO role at Arable, with deep experience working with high-growth, innovative SaaS companies. Most recently, he was responsible for all administrative activities at Strateos, a life sciences technology company. He previously served as VP Finance and Operations at data-driven healthcare provider Included Health, and prior to that was CFO at adtech company Flite (since acquired by Snap). Chris holds an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

With a strong foundation in analytical, strategic, and technical skills, he excels in driving innovation and building strong relationships at all organizational levels, with a particular focus on tech product design, software solutions, and translating visionary ideas into tangible results. He is also an avid permaculture practitioner deeply committed to sustainability and the connection with the natural world. He devotes a significant portion of his time to nurturing a small farm, where he applies permaculture principles to create a harmonious and regenerative ecosystem.
